CCouches Comments: I would like to nominate Tyrstan Johnson for the Cougar of the Week. Trystan has been improving defense ad offense and continues to work on what the coaches talk to her about. She is a team player and wants everyone to succeed. Trystan has become more confident in herself. She stepped up in the Centerville game and helped break the press. trystan does a great job of helping the younger girls understand things and is realy a team player.
