This week, during Principal’s Principles, our students listened to Our School is a Family and talked about all the special people who make our school feel just like family! From teachers and classmates to staff and caregivers, it takes all of us working together to make our school a place where everyone feels welcome, cared for, and connected. 💙🐾

🇺🇸Mr. Sebern's history class had the opportunity to observe the Traveling Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Spencer, Nebraska. Kids had the opportunity to speak to Vietnam Veterans, learn about the Vietnam War, and observe a half size replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸

Spanish 2 hit the red carpet with their models sporting the trendiest clothing of today. 🤣 We had music as well as a Spanish speaker and translator for our audience. They were such good sports!

The high school science classes got to spend some time at Burke Lake doing scientific observations. We observed many plant/animal interactions and also took samples of the water.
