Sometimes during a crazy, loud week, like homecoming week can be, we just need to take a break. And that's exactly what the MS music class kids did. Relaxing music, lights off and just taking a break. Quiet time gives older students practice being comfortable without constant entertainment. Let's encourage our kids to take a break when life gets crazy.

💙🤍 Homecoming Week is officially underway! 💙🤍

We kicked off Monday with a pep rally hosted by our Bring Change to Mind (BC2M) group in recognition of September being Suicide Prevention Awareness Month.

Bring Change to Mind is a student-led group focused on ending the stigma surrounding mental health, encouraging open and honest conversations, and reminding students that it is okay to ask for help and support one another. 💚

What a meaningful way to start a week all about school spirit and coming together as a Cougar community!

Thank you to our BC2M students for leading today's pep rally and helping spread an important message:

You matter. You are not alone. And it's always okay to reach out. 💚

Now let's keep the Cougar spirit going all week long! 💙🤍🐾
