Parents, please remember to schedule Well-Checks (previously called sports physicals) with your provider prior to fall practices kicking off. Well-Check packets need to be taken to the exam. You can download packets from our webpage: www.burke.k12.sd.us --> "Students and Families" --> "Sports Physical Packets" OR you may pick up printed packets from the entryway of the HS.
