Congratulation to our January student of the month winners! Here are the areas they have to demonstrate and/or show improvement in! Positive Attitude- towards their peers, teachers, subs, and within the classroom Respect- Do they have good manners; show respect to everyone they are around? Do they follow classroom expectations? Responsible- Are they accountable for their actions? Do they complete assignments? Do they communicate with the teacher? Can their peers? Can staff count on them to follow through? Participation- Do they want to learn? Do they join in on classroom discussions, classroom project and/or mini groups? Leadership- Do they demonstrate qualities of a good leader - helpful towards peers, takes first step, communicates well with those around them, builds up those around them. Improvement- This is the student that has struggled- has worked hard to improve in their personal growth, has improved their academic growth. Integrity- HONESTY- do the right thing when you are by yourself or with a group!
